With a sixteen-year track record spanning from early years to higher education, charities to out-of-school settings, Chris is both experienced and enthusiastic in creating safe and supportive environments.
A passionate advocate for students and staff wellbeing, Chris has been recognised for his innovative approaches to student services and safeguarding. From classrooms to boardrooms, Chris has a proven ability to elevate safeguarding standards and drive positive change.
With expertise in leadership, special educational needs, audits, reviews and policy development, Chris is a strategic thinker who delivers practical solutions. Whether optimising a single institution or overseeing a multi-campus operation, Chris brings a wealth of experience to every challenge.
Leah, Co-founder and Business Director
Leah brings over 14 years of diverse experience in education, charity, and business management. Her background includes serving as a police officer, demonstrating strong management and leadership skills in overseeing teams, as well as spearheading safeguarding initiatives within charitable organisations.
Additionally, Leah has successfully managed a Social Enterprise focused on empowering young individuals to secure meaningful employment opportunities.
With Leah's wealth of experience and commitment to safeguarding best practices, our consultancy is well-positioned to deliver tailored solutions and support to organisations seeking to enhance their safeguarding strategies.
Zoe, Mental Health First Aid Trainer
Zoe is a health and wellbeing professional with over 15 years of experience, including 5 years in student mental health within higher education. She is passionate about creating practical solutions that foster positive mindsets, resilience, and personal growth.
With frontline experience, Zoe deeply understands the challenges people face and is dedicated to empowering individuals with the tools for self-development and transformation.
A lifelong learner, Zoe is also a competitive CrossFit athlete and proud mother of two, drawing inspiration from both her family and community.
